This division consists of the sale and marketing of

. holiday residence rights from holdings in Germany, Austria and Italy

. holiday residence rights from the company's own exchange system and partial residence rights at client's order,

. holiday residence rights from the holdings of the eight MONDI holiday clubs.

The procurement of memberships to the largest international exchange organisation for holiday residence rights RCI (Resort Condominiums International) is also part of this business division.

Since 2006 the MONDI group has been operating an independent exchange system; the MONDI exchange club.

The members of the eight holiday club resorts can convert their holiday residence rights into holiday points. These holiday points can then be used to reserve holiday apartments in any of the eight MONDI holiday resorts. This is possible at any time of the year and for all apartment types - from spacious double room to a luxurious suite with ample living space and two separate bedrooms. The MONDI exchange club thus enables members to spend a holiday at a high-grade MONDI holiday complex for a very reasonable price.

The MONDI Premium Club allows its members special concessions and five star treatment on arrival at the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotels: reserved parking area, pre-arranged »Early Check-in« and a welcome package in the reseved apartment. Free use of the wellness services and the possibility of prolonging your stay ensure this is an all-round feel-good package.

Business Division Hotel Sector

Hotel rooms, suites and holiday apartments, as well as a wide variety of services in eight holiday destinations make up the MONDI-operating area "hotel business" and hotel managment. All locations are in choice surroundings in Bavaria, Austria, and South Tyrol and offer holiday guests and companies accomodation and services under the names »MONDI-HOLIDAY HOTELS«, »Meetings with AlpinPower« and »Schiefe Alm«.

Unique and »typically MONDI« is the combination of first class comfort and atmosphere coupled with a feel-good factor and the informal individuality of a holiday apartment.
The spacious comfortably furnished apartments are equipped with a fully functional kitchenette and are ideal for a do-as-you-please holiday, free of commitments. MONDI-HOLIDAY hotel guests are also welcome to take advantage of the broad range of offers and services available. It remains the guest's prerogative, to what extent he utilises reception, restaurant, indoor pool, wellness or leisure activities programme. The cheaper option of reserving accomodation only as an overnight stay is also possible.

In the »Partner Holiday Clubs« the holiday apartment character is in the foreground. The spectrum is especially diverse in the 4-star resorts »MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Oberstaufen« in the Allgäu, »MONDI-HOLIDAY HOTEL Tirolensis« near Meran in South Tyrol, »MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Bellevue Bad Gastein« in the Salburg province and »MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Grundlsee« in the Styrian Salzkammergut.

MONDI is active in many touristic areas - and is a tour operator and partner of leading tourism enterprises.

New ideas have precedence at MONDI

MONDI is heading in new directions with innovations such as »All individual«prices for holiday planning according to the module principle, with »Weddings & More« for a custom-made dream wedding and »AlpinPower« for seminars, conferences and events, made into unforgettable experiences amid spellbinding nature with sport, fun and Alpine activities. As well as family and wellness packages, not to mention special offers, MONDI is a worthwhile destination all year round.

With "Weddings & More" MONDI chose a new, hitherto unique avenue. Individually arranged weddings at exceptional locations with »specials« such as Alphorn blowers or helicopter flights can be organised according to the client's wishes, with a fixed contact person from the hotel and then reserved at a fixed price.

The possibility of a wedding-taster trip to the location of choice, helps couples in making their decision; the rental charge for this short stay will be reimbursed if a wedding booking is subsequently made.

The»Schiefe Alm« situated above Bad Gastein is a must for guests with a taste for the unusual. Here MONDI combines the originality and quirkiness of an Alpine experience with the exclusive comfort and convenience of noble accomodation.

Business Division: Hotel Management & Administration

The business division hotel management and administration provides professional support to the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotels. A wide spectrum of services for the hotel complexes is covered from joint marketing activities, vocational training for employees and central purchasing to building project management, bookkeeping and the complete handling of payment transactions.

Business Division:Association Support

The Association Support division is responsible for the complete support and backing of the administartion of the eight locations in Germany, Austria and Italy. The area of responsibility also covers the regular publication of the customer magazine »MONDI-Ferienclub-Journal«.

Business Division: Catering

The MONDI group independently operates restaurants, such as the »Bistro« at MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Bellevue in Bad Gastein, the »Seeblick« in the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel at Grundlsee - both in Austria.

Business Division: Leasing

Within the scope of this business division MONDI-HOLIDAY takes care of the leasing of restaurants, such as at the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel in Oberstaufen in Allgäu or at the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Bellevue in Austria's Bad Gastein and at the MONDI-HOLIDAY Hotel Tirolensis in South Tyrol/Italy. The rental of business premises and living space is also included in this area of resposibility.

Executive management

The MONDI-HOLIDAY-Group was established by Leonhard Dörr and has been functioning as a family business since 1998 with headquarters in Munich. Joint executives are Leonhard Dörr, daughter Sandra Krause and son Dr. Mike Dörr.
