A. General
For online booking of your dream holiday please click the MONDI-HOLIDAY resort of your choice on the left bar, in order to go directly to the booking tool. Please note, that by using the booking tool, you are only able to book an apartment (overnight stay). A valid credit card (Mastercard/Visacard) is necessary for this purpose. Supplementary services such as breakfast or wellness packages can only be booked on arrival or by phone/fax/email. All supplementary offers can be found in the "All Individual" price lists. This website only contains general information as a means of orientation for the user.
B. Use of the website
The user is resposible for all actions carried out in his name on this website.
The user assures that all information given by him corresponds with the truth.
C. Contract conclusion
the booking tool guides you through the individual booking steps. You can, at any time, correct or change by using the "zurück" (back/return) button. Before sending your booking, a summary of your booking will be shown, which you then can print out. When booking an accomodation agreement via this website, a corresponding accomodation contract will be drawn up. The latter is valid from the date of booking without extra confirmation or reservation. You will receive an e-mail with your reservation confirmation, which you can in turn print out.
You can check your booking any time by using the button "Prüfen Sie Ihre Reservierung" (check your reservation) and then entering your reservation number.
D. Prices and payment
The prices shown in the booking tool are per room and overnight stay and include mandatory VAT. Costs incurred on-the-spot, e. g. telephone costs and local tourist tax etc., are not included. The price shown in the reservation confirmation, for the overnight stay and for extra services are to be paid on departure.
E. Cancellations
You can withdraw your booking. By doing so however, or if the booking is not fulfilled for reasons which are unacceptable (with the exception of forces majeures), we are entitled to charge the following cancellation fees, as reasonable recompense of arrangements taken on our part:
Up to 3 months prior to the agreed day of arrival:
No cancellation fees
Up to 1 month prior to the agreed day of arrival:
40 % of the agreed payment
Up to 1 weeek prior to the agreed day of arrival:
70% of the agreed payment
Less than als 1 weeek prior to the agreed day of arrival:
90% of the agreed payment
You are at liberty to provide proof that no, or considerably lower costs than those listed above, have been incurred as a result of your cancellation.
F. Begin and end of accomodation
The booked and confirmed accomodation is at your disposal from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. The accomodation must be cleared by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. In the event of an arrival later than 6 p.m. on the agreed date, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract, unless a later arrival date was agreed upon in advance.
G. Keeping of pets
Animals are only allowed to be brought to the premises with prior agreement and at an additional charge.
H. Liability
Our liability for damages, other than in the case of personal injury, is limited to treble the agreed payment, provided the damage was not brought about intentionally or through gross negligence.
