Numerous employees have been working here for 10 years or more, and some have even been working here since the hotel was opened in 1992 - and will be staying in employment in the years to come. »It's a question of mutual trust «, says Franz Kromoser, manager of MONDI-HOLIDAY Grundlsee, »and the ability to assess the strengths and abilities of each colleague  that makes for a successful team, also in years to come.«

A few days ago, he and his team were honoured for their long-standing merit  by the company management of the MONDI group.
