Grundlsee holiday Club honoured

15 years ago the Grundlsee Holiday Club went into operation – and since then it has been judged year by year by an international clientele as one of the best resorts worldwide!

Hotel manager Franz Kromoser and his team were recently awarded the  »RCI-Gold Crown« for the 15th time, the  »Golden Crown« awarded by the Holiday exchange organisation "RCI", networked with  4.500 holiday complexes worldwide  – including the Grundlsee Holiday Club . At the end of their stay all guests who booked via RCI are requested to fill in a questionnaire concerning their satisfaction with the quality of the service and the hotel.  Franz Kromoser: »Almost  7000 questionnaires filled in by holidaymakers at the Grundlsee Holiday Club over the past five years have submitted them for evaluation - that's 100 guest couples or families who rated our services as excellent, on a scale of 1 - 5 . We are very proud to have kept our standards high and  to have even outstripped them.«
