Grundlsee, May 9, 2005. – The international World Congress of Nanoanalysts for Physics, Material and Life Sciences took place for the first time at Grundlsee. 150 participants from 15 nations discussed electro-microscopic analysis methods at „MONDI-HOLIDAY Grundlsee“. „The experts came from Europe, the USA and Japan“, said Franz Kromoser, manager of „MONDIHOLIDAY Grundlsee“.
Congress with Fringe Events
The main focus of the congress was on new research methods, with special emphasis on atomic dissolved analytics. Aside from the daily schedule there was time for relaxation. „MONDI-HOLIDAY Grundlsee“ planned the leisure activities: A three-lake-tour (Grundlsee, Toplitzsee, Kammersee) and an outing to the rustic "Blaa-Alm" at the foot of the "Loser" mountain. „We took care of the organisation, and our guests had good fun“, said Franz Kromoser.
Seminar and Holiday
At „MONDI-HOLIDAY Grundlsee“ holidaymaking and seminars do not rule each other out. On the premises there is an indoor pool, sauna and billiard room. Leisure activities in the great outdoors are many and varied: An afternoon at an alpine pasture, a open-flame torch hike or a visit to the Dachstein Ice caves are among the possibilities. „A visit to a sxhnapps distillery, a mountain bike tour or toboganning in winter, all help to loosen up the schedule.“, says Franz Kromoser.
